The job holder is responsible for preparing the bi-monthly schedule of advances to suppliers; reviewing, monitoring and analyzing monthly sales and sales returns; preparing billings for non-trade transactions (light and power, scrap sales, N2H2, etc.); checking of the status of shipment documents to ensure the accuracy and correctness of monthly freight expenses.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management
Fresh starters with excellent scholastic records are welcome to apply, with strong desire to hit the ground running and ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Related work experience in cost accounting is an advantage
Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office & SAP applications
Willing to be assigned at the Plant, Batangas City; 100% work on site
