Polywick Studio is now hiring 3d Artist to join our team!
Must know that your technical skills, ability to work within a talented team and contributing ideas to make great games even better are important for this role.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Comprehensive portfolio of recent art/ designs/ creative works
For those who have an online portfolio, kindly provide link to your resume. (Having a portfolio would be an advantage)
Qualifications
• Ability to produce high-quality 3D artwork (modeling, texturing and rigging)
• Ability to visually solve problems
• Ability to work independently or with a team to develop 3D assets and solve problems.
• An impressive Portfolio and Demo Reel.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
• Effectively contributing to the art pipeline while understanding target platform constraints.
• Familiar with current gen graphics.
• Proficient with Blender and Krita
• Knowledge in PBR texturing using Substance Painter is a big plus.
• Past experience designing User Interfaces for the web, for games, or for mobile applications is a big plus also.
• Meeting project deadlines/milestones as set by project leads.
• Modeling and texturing 3D characters, based on concept arts.
• Open-minded and outward-looking
• Participate in internal and client discussions, to provide 3D art solutions, or to adjust accordingly
• Present and collaborate with the team for feedback and mutual improvement.
• Research industry trends and developments and learning new applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
