Job Description
The role's primary purpose is to lead juice bar operations, including the preparation and creation of delicious recipes, and selling at the juice bar.
Your responsibilities also include maintaining high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety throughout the juice bar area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and collaborate with team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Previous experience as a Juice Specialist, Beverage Mixologist, or similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of fruits, vegetables, flavor combinations, and acai bowl preparation techniques to create refreshing and nutritious bowls.
Experience in operating juice processing equipment and implementing food safety protocols.
Creativity and a passion for exploring new ingredients, flavors, and toppings to develop innovative juice recipes and acai bowl combinations.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in every juice batch and acai bowl presentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Juice Recipe Development: Create innovative and delicious juice recipes using fresh fruits, vegetables, and other natural ingredients, ensuring nutritional balance and exceptional taste.
Juice Production: Prepare and process juices using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, ensuring consistent quality and maintaining high food safety standards.
Acai Bowl Creation: Expertly craft and assemble a variety of delicious and visually appealing acai bowls, incorporating creative combinations of toppings, granola, and fresh fruits.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks throughout the juice production process and acai bowl preparation to ensure adherence to product specifications, taste profiles, and food safety guidelines.
Ingredient Sourcing: Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for juices and acai bowls, ensuring sustainability and supporting local suppliers whenever possible.
Menu Planning: Contribute to menu planning by recommending new juice offerings, seasonal acai bowl variations, and innovative combinations to meet customer preferences and market trends.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to provide product knowledge, offer recommendations, and create an exceptional experience through exceptional service and a passion for our juices and acai bowls.
Store Operations Support: Assist in store operations, including cashier duties, inventory management, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe juice preparation area, acai bowl station, and overall work environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
