Job Description
As a Juice Maker Helper in Nawa Foods, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
You will assist in various tasks, including stock management, shelf organization, customer service, and store cleanliness.
This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including boxes and cartons, as required.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in computer usage, including basic software applications such as email, internet browsing, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Stock Management: Assist in receiving and organizing incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and efficient stock rotation.
Shelf Organization: Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are accurately labeled and displayed, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, product location, and offering support in their shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the store's product offerings to provide accurate information and suggestions to customers.
Assisting with Checkout: Support cashiers during peak hours by bagging groceries, organizing shopping carts, and maintaining checkout areas
Cleaning and Sanitation: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
Support Store Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, which may include assisting in restocking, pricing, and inventory counts.
