Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Escalate requests when necessary
Troubleshoot, document and refine internal processes
Follow the standard policies and procedures
CRM database management
File tickets, follow up on open incidents and keep the customer informed
Log, track and update the customer's queries in the ticketing system
Align payment set up
Respond to quotation - ticket based support
Customer onboarding including the build and configuration of cloud-based PBX and contact centre systems
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in BS in Information Technology or related
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Familiar with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge in Linux
Basic scripting knowledge (for process automation suggestions - JavaScript/Python)
Good administration skills
Good general knowledge of technology, networking, software, and hardware
Experience on any Ticketing system would be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
Ability to escalate when needed
Ability to ask probing questions and explain solutions
High attention to detail
Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
