Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering clients Purchase Orders in our system
Responsible for creating new customers in the system
Performs other tasks in his/her area of expertise and be willing to teach by example
Modifying an existing order
Qualifications:
Must have sales experience
Proficient typing skills
Must be able to answer phone calls from customers.
Computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages
Good spelling, punctuation and grammar
Ability to perform simple calculations
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Accuracy and good attention to detail
The ability to do the same task for long period of time
The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Well organized and a seasoned multi-tasker
A conscientious and responsible working attitude
A positive approach in a busy working environment
Ability to change shifts as needed.
A good understanding of data confidentiality issues.
Experience with graphic software, such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
