This role requires strong sales ability, exceptional communication skills, and a service-first mindset.You will work closely with senior team members while independently managing daily CRM activities in NetSuite, supporting customers, and driving revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GenerationManage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of accounts.Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct effective sales conversations.Recommend tailored communication solutions based on customer business needs.Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up consistently, and close deals.Support outbound prospecting campaigns to target new business opportunities.Customer Service & Relationship ManagementProvide exceptional service with high character and professionalism in every interaction.Guide customers through product questions, compatibility checks, and basic troubleshooting.Build long-term relationships by understanding customer workflows and communication pain points.Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.CRM & AdministrativeUse NetSuite CRM daily to log activities, update deals, and maintain accurate customer data.Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, returns, and special requests.Track progress toward sales goals and report account performance.Maintain strong product knowledge across all product offerings.Required Qualifications1-3 years of proven sales experience (inside sales, account management, or similar).Hands-on experience using NetSuite CRM (required).Excellent English speaking and writing skills with clear, professional communication.Fast and accurate typing abilities for email, chat, and CRM updates.High character, strong integrity, and a service-oriented mindset.Solid understanding of business communication needs and the value of high-quality service.Ability to learn technical product information quickly.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling B2B technology or hardware products.Familiarity with professional headsets, audio/video devices, or UC platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or RingCentral.Background in SMB or fast-paced, customer-focused environments.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission structure.Ongoing training and mentorship to help you grow your skills and career.Opportunities for advancement into Senior AE or Account Manager roles.A supportive, values-driven culture in a family-owned organization.Access to the latest communication equipment and product training.
