YOUR ROLE
Responsible from sourcing to on-boarding of applicants and ensure that target hires are met in a timely basis. To support and create Sourcing Initiatives for Recruitment Marketing and Branding
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Create job posts and publish in the application tracking system
Use different Souring Channels to Market and Brand Kuehne-Nagel within the guidelines given
Ensure that a comprehensive job description as well as clear short-listing criteria is in place for all roles prior to commencing recruitment
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Deliver Excellent Applicant Experience throughout the selection process
Assist new hires on their pre-employment documents
Endorse new hires for background screening and monitor results
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Conducts competitor and market research
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Recruitment Admin 201 Filing
Plus any other tasks assigned by the superior
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field is required
Must have 3 to 5 years end-to-end recruitment in a BPO or Shared Services industry
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable with Selection and Assessment methodologies
Experience in sourcing to onboarding
Strong understanding of various recruitment tools and practices in the market
Proficient in MS Office applications
