We are committed to relentless growth and are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and help us orchestrate the seamless expansion of our kiosk and cart stores in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
 
Role Overview:
 
As a Jr. Project Manager at Pickup Coffee, you will be a vital part of our expansion team, responsible for coordinating and overseeing the opening of new stores in Visayas and Mindanao. You will be the maestro who ensures all departments work together efficiently and harmoniously to meet our monthly targets for store openings. Your role will encompass collaboration with various teams, including Business Development, Engineering, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain Management, to ensure that new stores are launched on time and flawlessly.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Store Opening Coordination:
Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and secure suitable locations for new stores.
Work closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure the timely construction, delivery, and installation of kiosks and carts.
Coordinate with HR to source and onboard necessary manpower, including baristas and support staff.
Liaise with the Operations team to ensure that all operational aspects are in place, including staff training and store readiness.
Partner with Supply Chain Management to manage logistics related to raw materials and equipment for store openings.
Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to establish a smooth working relationship with lessors or property owners at each new store location.
Coordinate the timing and scheduling of ingress (delivery and setup) of kiosks and carts to align with lessor requirements and restrictions.
Monthly Target Achievement:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to meet monthly targets for store openings.
Monitor and track the progress of each store opening project and address any issues or delays promptly.
Implement effective strategies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all stores are opened flawlessly, meeting Pickup Coffee's high standards for quality and customer experience.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections at new store locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration among various teams.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the Visayas and Mindanao regions, as needed.
