Project Manager - Software
Qualifications:
· Responsible for leading the overall definition, planning and delivery of technical projects. This will include scheduling, managing resources and managing quality projects throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring that project roadblocks are dealt with and stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
· Responsible for leading and motivating the project team throughout the project, including working closely with project stakeholders, and managing project changes and challenges. Clear communication skills and an ability to work with all levels of personnel and management are essential
Necessary Skills:
· At least 3 year of Project Management work experience or related role.
· Knowledgeable with experience on technology related projects
· Interpersonal communication within a complex enterprise organization
· Technical communication with attention to detail
· Understanding of implied tasks and interdependencies
· Integration of complex information into structured data sets using standard office software
Competencies:
· Self-motivated and assertive
· Ability to set priorities and adapt to changes in a quick and professional manner.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at every level
· Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information
· Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
