About the role
The Jr. Supervisor, CMM will be responsible for supporting the operations through on-time with excellent quality of Central Materials Management.
What you will do
Received and review materials requisition from production thru online booking system check materials availability in Central Materials Management & Warehouse via SAP
Materials batching, labelling through MWI and releasing ensure tallied and on time issuance no line stoppage
Endorse BOM raw materials to production base on target OBS TPT
Monitor & check that BOM materials are always available on time in order to sustain production targets & ensure that actual inventories against system are tallied in order to maintain stocks accuracy
Prepares PRS production returns endorse and check system SAP batch issued to system and update on time endorse to warehouse in order to have accurate stocks
Prepares and creates shipment for return including return to vendor via SAP
Participate and implements projects in order to contributes to the attainment and quality objectives and delivery and cost.
Submit timely report such as shift report and incident report.
Comply with the proper operating procedures of 5S, safety and health standards/regulations.
Support and implement Environmental Management System with respect to the job.
System improvement on CMM material issuance group
Overall BOM Management.
Project Proposal presentation to General Manager and Operations
Project Planning and Executions.
Cost Savings in terms of BOM
Process Improvement on BOM material
What you will need
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or any related course
With at least 2 years experience preferably in semiconductor industry
Computer Literate
With Analytical skills
Knowledge on inventory planning and control with (ARIBA/SAP/MES/OBS) experienced Microsoft Office
Materials Inventory Planning & Control
Purchase requisition of Materials
Inbound /outbound shipment
Willing to render Overtime when needed during weekend, holidays and other urgent needs.
Sales & Marketing exposure
