JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports and documentation.
Identifies, investigates, reconciles and correct sales and inventory discrepancies.
Create an inventory audit activity schedule and plan.
Prepare and present comprehensive field audit activity reports and recommendations.
Performs physical counting of items to verify the existence of stocks and checks the physical appearance of items and infrastructure of stockrooms and warehouse racks.
Accurate counting is implemented.
Ensure not to miss any details when counting inventory.
Reviews level of stocks in concession outlets and propose for delivery and pull-out.
Type, file and keep accurate records.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or elated field
At least 1 year experience in field audit
Excellent communication (Both written and verbal) skills are required
Adept skill level in Microsoft Office
must be amenable to work in Binondo, Manila and in Marilao, Bulacan
