Job Summary:
Our Wholesale team manages every single retail partner that sells Peak Design gear. Their work is an enormous part of Peak Design's success, and they need the dedicated support of a talented graphic designer. This designer will be a member of our Visual Design team, working closely with other talented designers, and their output will focus on supporting the wholesale team.
Responsibilities:
Design work to build out multiple books and presentations for our Wholesale team as they set up the infrastructure of Peak Design's sales machine.
Utilize templates to build new pages.
Make custom documents based on inbound requests.
Export and organize within our file management software (Google Drive).
Graphic design for our in-store experiences/events / Peak Design retail stores.
Working with our Visual Merchandising Manager and Senior Designers, create and iterate on graphics that help customers make purchases on the sales floor.
Graphic design/file management for other Wholesale tools.
Support graphics for WS training modules.
Gathering, resizing, and uploading pre-existing advertising graphics.
Creating new graphics based on pre-existing campaign graphics.
Requirements
Detail-oriented graphic designer with experience doing both print and digital work.
Awesome at communicating, both written and verbally. You can design but you can also talk about design.
Confident user of the Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop, InDesign).
Excited to interface with other teams both internally and externally for some fun projects.
Self-starter. We operate with as little structure as possible, and as a result things generally make more sense at Peak Design to folks who can turn a vague idea into a tangible asset with limited input.
Obsession with detail but a commitment to a larger, strategic vision.
Great people skills. Lots of talking and working with other teams.
Great organization skills.
Experience with Asana or similar project management software a plus.
Experience with Figma a plus.
Experience with Google Drive a plus.
