JOB SUMMARY
Supports in the formulation, implementation, adjustment and coordination of the Section's activities related to renovation/upgrade towards the achievement of targets, goals and objectives as approved by Top Management.
Facilitates the work of project coordinators, monitors project completion and claims as well as supplier completion of deliverables to each renovation/upgrade project and provides attachments for the accessing of subsidy claims.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of Civil, Architecture or other related engineering course.
Experience related with the position is advantage
Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD and standard drawing analysis
Proficient in any MS Office programs
With planning, interpersonal and customer service skills
Willing to do fieldwork
Must possess driver's license (Restriction 1 &2)
