Job Scope:
Successful candidate will perform duties and responsibilities as follows:
Maintenance: (BS Mechanical/ Electrical / Industrial/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering)
Responsible for machine, equipment and facilities preventive and corrective maintenance monitoring. Verification of repair of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and other precision parts and equipment for supplier's production to support company production. Evaluate and monitor quality data from in-process, middle inspection, outflow and make counter measure of necessary. Design , develop and manage the equipment that control machinery and processes.
Supply Chain Management (SCM): (BS Industrial Engineering)
Focuses on delivery control activities from clustering process, inventory control at Forwarders warehouse until delivery to Dealer's declared destination warehouse/branch. Responsible for imported parts supply activities within standard cost and lead time, from ordering to supplier payment. Processing the release of importation shipments until payment to service providers and ensures that the importation activities are aligned and up to date with the current rules and regulations.
Purchasing: (BS Industrial Engineering)
Implement different new parts development improvements and activities related but not limited to ensuring 100% on time development of new parts, parts negotiation and cost down. Facilitates the establishment and execution of General Purchasing Activities in order to achieve the control items align with the company's business plans .
Painting and Plastic Injection (PAPO): (BS Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering)
Responsible for the Plastic Injection machine & equipment's total preventive maintenance program based on its regular inspection & monitoring. In-charge for budget management, analysis & measures to achieve competitiveness of the section and analyze factors & concerns related to deviation of actual on set target cost.
Total Quality Control: (Engineering course)
Ensure the quality of parts supplier delivery through inspection and QAV-2. Develop and implement quality systems requirement to suppliers. Also prepares monthly and yearly summary of quality problems encountered.
Factory Planning Control (FPC): (Engineering course)
Coordinates activities in planning and development of new product start-up to carry out operations aimed at upholding quality, volume, cost and schedule while coordinating with related departments based on Sales, Engineering and Development (SED) decisions.
Safety and Environment: (BS Chemical/ Sanitary Engineering)
Responsible for monitoring of the achievement status of CO2, Waste, Water and Environment Reduction Theme target, align to AO direction. Ensure submission of report on the date set by AO. Ensure implementation of Environment activities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering courses
With PRC license is an advantage
With atleast (1) one year work related experience but fresh graduate are encouraging to apply
With good communication skills
Preferably with background in report preparation and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
With driver's license (Restriction 1,2) is an advantage
Willing to start immediately
Willing to work at FPIP, Tanauan City, Batangas
