Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering / Architecture / Interior ) or Relevant Vocational Course cıvıl technology)
With experience in project coordination & monitoring specifically in fit outs / renovations
Can read blueprints / technical architectural and interior fit plans - Knowledgable in opening CAD files and other drafting softwares - Knowledgable in communicating and processing / submitting documentation with building admins etc.
Has a license, specifically motorcycling. Has a license for both car & motorcycle is a plus
Willing to visit and stay on construction sites (during working hours)
Knowledgable in writing daily / monitoring reports
Willing to be mentored
STARTING SALARY: 18,000 subject for increase upon evaluation
Location: 24 Sta Sabina, Villa Sabina Subd., BRGY. Talipapa, Quirino Highway, Quezon City, Quezon City
