RESPONSIBILITIES
Fulfillment Process Squad
• Support the Wireline, Wireless and ICT technical documentation deliverable of Customer Experience Management.
• Key Deliverable: Service Management and After Sales Support technical documentation
Product PPM Catchup
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical product documents, knowledge based contents and other product information documents such as but not limited to business requirements, end to end process , workflow modeling, SOW and RACI.
• Key Deliverable: Policies and Procedure Manual, User Guide, Technical Documentation, Playbook.
Partner Lifecycle Management
• Document processes needed to operationalize PLM. This covers not just Onboarding, but also Performance Evaluation and Offboarding.
• Key Deliverable: Partner and Contract Database, Reports, PLM Playbook, Partner Performance Evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Professionals, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
With at least 6 months of experience as IT Business Analyst
With experience in Technical Documentation, doing Process Flow
Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong or Taguig
Able to start immediately
JOB DETAILS
Project-based (6 months initial contract duration)
Hybrid setup
Location: 32nd St. Cor. 7th Ave. The Globe Tower BGC, Taguig / Globe Telecom Plaza, Pioneer, Mandaluyong
20,000 - 25,000 monthly
