Male or Female
Experience in Housing/Condominium Development
Knowledge also on Planning/ Design & MEPF
With 2-3 years experience in construction operations
Knowledge on estimates and planning is an advantage
Competent in 2D / 3D AutoCAD, 3D Programs (e.g. Sketch-up, 3D Studiomax)
Keen to details and highly creative
Computer Literate
Has good communication skills
Can work under pressure w/ minimal supervision and willing to extend working hours
