Job Description  DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fleet & Warehouse Operations
 Manages and evaluates the over-all performance of 3PL in Cebu (Fleet Manager, Leasing and Insurance and Warehouse)
 Plans & implements process improvements
 Facilitates disposal activities
 Prepares the eRFC and ensures on time approval
 Coordinates with 3PL on the pull out
 Coordinates with BIR representatives on disposal schedule and Condemnation certificates
 Monitors on-time maintenance and insurance of all vehicles
Ensures compliance to all government requirements i.e. Registration, Transfer of Ownership, etc.
Ensures update and correctness of all SAP transactions done by 3PL (approval of Work Orders)
Manages and ensures that all requests and claims are processed on time
Strategizes timely disposal of company vehicles physically and in the system through e-RFC
Fuel Management
Analyzes, reviews and submits monthly report on current allocation and inventory of Fleet cards
Analyzes fuel usages and provide report on fuel usage per vehicle regularly to business comptrollers
Ensures on-time issuance of Fleet Cards to end-users
Reports/Billings/Special Projects
Ensures that Work Orders and Requests for Payments are accomplished and paid on time
Participate in Special Projects that would require Fleet Services
Preparation of Reports
Monthly Accomplishments/KRA Updates
Monthly Inventory
Quarterly Fuel Consumption per Cost Center
Conducts roadshows and cascades of PPM
Other Roles
Regular collaboration with HR, Safety and other business units.
