MVP.dev (https://mvp.dev) is rapidly growing and looking to hire fulltime HR and IT recruiter. As Human Resource Manager you are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing employees. You will also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training of new recruits. You plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the company.
 
This position is Monday – Friday, 8 pm to 5 am, temporarily WFH until further notice. 
You need to have your own computer and stable internet.

Recruiting and hiring IT staff, including developers, QA, web designers, and business analayst
Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
Resolve issues between management and employees.
Advise executives on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment.

Desired:  Bachelor’s degree
