₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
As a customer service representative in a travel account, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to travelers who are booking and managing travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Willing to work on site
Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
Willing to work full time
Willing to undergo the whole recruitment process
Willing to start immediately
Must not have conflict of interest such as plans to study/enroll or work abroad
College Graduate or 2nd Year College Undergraduate with at least 6 months int'l voice CCE
