Job Description
A call center representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Qualifications
• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
• Good communication skills | Work on-site
• At least B2 Aspiring Minds result and Basic Analytical Ability score of 32
• ONLY those applicants with 6mos and Up experience will accommodate
• You may offer our Relocation Package which includes Accommodation (Simplicity), Transportation, and Allowance for 15 days. Only candidates with 6mos CCE residing nearby provincial cities are eligible for the said package.
