A Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding support to the clients of the most sought-after brands.
TASKS:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
Are a High School or Senior High School, with or without BPO experience
Have at least six (6) months Customer Experience (CX) background
Have good English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work in shifting schedule
