Job Description
Job Title: Retail Account Call Center Agent
Location: Quezon City
Department: Customer Service
Job Purpose: To provide excellent customer service and support to retail customers over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services and have the ability to answer questions and offer solutions to customers.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints, issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information into the company's database.
Provide follow-up to customers as needed and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures, industry trends, and competitor information.
Meet or exceed established performance standards, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to maintain and enhance job knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult customer situations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
