QUALIFICATIONS;
Graduate of Automotive Technology or any equivalent course.
With at least 1 year experience in Automotive Industry
Knowledge in basic automotive troubleshooting
With valid driver's license.
Can drive Manual and Automatic transmission
Good verbal and written communication skills
Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure.
JOB SUMMARY
Receive repair orders from Service Advisor and record all detailed information to the Daily Control sheet
Check/ Verify correctness and appropriateness of flat time recorded on Repair Order.
Coordinate and schedule repair to Shop Foreman
Keep and maintain Technician's daily job time rating
Keep the Service Manager and Service Advisor on the progress of the assigned work, delays, advances and level of quantity of work volume need to be accommodated.
