QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be graduate of any Automotive/Technical course/
- With at least 1 year experience in automotive industry, knowledgeable in MS Excel.
- Must be willing to work in Santo Tomas, Batangas.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible of daily recording/monitoring of different jobs perform in shop.
- Monitors in job requested in the repair order has been performed.
- Distributes job to service shop technicians and monitor completion within standard labor time/category.
- Monitor shop's Work in Progress (WIP) units.
- Oversee repair time to meet promised schedule of unit release.
- Keeps track of daily units received, units released, and units not completed.
- Monitor and review technician's efficiency and productivity.
- Prepares Daily Receiving Report, Monthly UR, Technicians Efficiency and Productivity report, Outside UR monitoring, Fleet UR and the likes.
- Conducts 5S in own workplace.
- Considers feasibility of overtime.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
