We are looking for Jigs and Fixture Design Engineer who will design and develop specialized tools, jigs, and fixtures to enhance the efficiency and precision of our manufacturing processes. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, production, and quality assurance, to understand process requirements and challenges
Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of jigs and fixtures
Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to validate design concepts and ensure compatibility with production machinery and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company guidelines in the design and implementation of jigs and fixtures
Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshoot issues related to jigs and fixtures, and implement corrective actions
Document design specifications, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
With experience as a Jigs and Fixture Design Engineer or in a similar role
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to design jigs and fixtures for diverse applications
Knowledge of materials, tolerances, and machining processes relevant to jig and fixture design
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
