Responsibilities:
Junior-Mid Level Developer:
Attend daily team meetings to review progress and tasks.
Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, and maintain web applications.
Troubleshoot issues and enhance software performance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Actively engage in knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Senior Developer:
Lead daily team meetings and oversee progress.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on project progress.
Implement best practices, standards, and strategic direction for software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields (undergraduates are welcome to apply).
 
Experience Required:
Junior Developer: Minimum 1 year of Java Enterprise Edition experience.
Mid-Level Developer: Relevant industry experience.
Senior Developer: Extensive experience with Java EE and leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of software development design patterns.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in debugging and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
