JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Development Experience 3+ Strong Java knowledge & experience to debug production issues.
With Knowledge and experience in any of the following (JavaScript, Node, Spring, Spring boot, J2EE, Oracle)
With knowledge or experience in any of the following (Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Azure Monitoring, etc.)
GitHub exposure is an advantage
Working in an Agile environment, and Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities: 
Identifying, troubleshooting, and providing solution for production incidents of moderate to high complexity. Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services.
Monitor production environment to maintain consistency and provide reliable server and application availability.
Flexible to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues.
Interface with L1 and L2 support groups, providing assistance and guidance as required.
Other task that may be assigned by the management.
