About the Role: The Java Software Developers will be responsible for developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. They will also analyze user needs and develop software solutions and design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently write computer defect free computer code which adheres to coding standards and other quality standards Implement the company's Product Development Lifecycle, including design reviews, code reviews, and other steps. Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues. Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in application software development Embrace the principles of defect free software development Strong aptitude in software development and architecture, including problem solving, logic, and algorithmic analysis Ability to work well under time pressure, while maintaining positive interpersonal relationships Desire to achieve high standards of team and personal performance Preferences: Extensive experience in development methodologies and application debugging from a technical and/or business perspective.
