Job Functions:
• Perform the jobs of both a team lead, systems analyst and java/ mobile developer and support.
• Analysis, estimate, design, develop and support software of computer systems and/ or mobile
applications.
• Implement the designs by writing computer programs as well as updating and repairing existing
programs/ mobile applications
• There are additional load to act as lead which means listed administrative functions may include:
o Oversee overall task progress and schedules of the team members and making sure all team
members are productive.
o Initiative to push for work and do the work ahead.
o Ability to plan ahead across callouts and do recommendation for the team.
o Provide answer for technologies inquiry from the team and act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for
the specific discipline (Java or Mobile).
o Preparation of status and project reports as requested by the Project and Management.
o Management and approval of leaves and filing of OT on behalf of the team.
Job Requirements:
• Experience in either or both Java Web or Backend Applications Development/ Support, API
Development, Web services
• Mobile Application Development and Support - Android (Java, Kotlin) or iOS (Objective C, Swift)
• Experience working with financial or mobile payment solution is a plus
• Others: JS, CSS, HTML, Spring, Struts, Linux Scripts, Batch, RDMBS, Redmine, SVN, Git, CI/CD
(Jenkins)
