We are looking for Japanese Translators with a strong background in technical translation to join our team. He will be responsible for translating complex technical documentation from English to Japanese and vice versa. This role requires exceptional language proficiency, technical expertise, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in all translated materials.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately translate a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, technical specifications, product guides, and engineering reports from English to Japanese and vice versa.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all translations, ensuring that technical terminology and details are precisely conveyed.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive glossary of technical terms and ensure consistent use of terminology across all documents.
Proofread and edit translated documents to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors or ambiguities.
Implement and adhere to quality assurance processes to ensure that all translated documents meet company and industry standards.
Job Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Engineering, or a related field
With at least 5 years of experience in translating technical documentation. Experience in specific technical domains such as Engineering or IT is highly desirable.
Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese with a strong command of English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Solid understanding of technical terminology and concepts. Previous experience with technical documentation is essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in translation work.
Experience managing translation projects and working with cross-functional teams.
