Requirements:
• Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
• N1-N2 level/passer (JLPT not required)
• Graduate or undergraduate
• Preferably with BPO/IT experience
• Tech savvy
Responsibilities:
• Assists customers in their technical concerns through Email and Call by English and Japanese language
• Communicates with customer through Email and Call by English and Japanese language
• Keep logs of all calls answered and addressed
• Response to inquiries, concerns, and requests of the customers about the products/services
