Requirements:
Proficient in Japanese and English Language
Graduate of Computer Science, IT or any related course
N1 to N3 Passer or L1 to L3
Proficient in Microsoft Application such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Preferably with 2 years Helpdesk experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible to serve as the main contact person of the Japanese clients
Responsible to coordinate the details needed to the development team lead assigned to the clients
Make a Translate information from Japanese to English and vice versa
Review translation and ensure quality of deliverables
