Has worked as a team leader in a BPO Setting
Responsibilities:
Conducts training and ensure quality service
Help the team to meet the goals
Collaborate different teams and team members
Work with Operations Managers to meet the goals and achievement of the company
Explain and operate capacity and target together with the customer assuring compliance to agreed goals
Provide management reports on operations
Ensure that all customer concerns are understood and provide resolution
Characterize and control technical support policies and procedures.
