Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any
Computer/IT-related courses
At least 2 years solid experience in Server Administration
At least 2 years solid experience in any of these technologies:
With Knowledge HyperV,Vmware,Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Good communication skills
With skills in SCCM, WSUS, Citrix
Responsibilities:
Deploy and maintain Windows Server systems (virtual and physical) and user account
Maintain the HyperV; VDI; ESX and vCenter servers
Identify, analyze and apply patches to the servers
Basic troubleshooting on assigned incident tickets in the areas of Windows Server,
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)HyperV, ESX, and vCenter servers
Provide resolutions based on agreed OLA and SLA targets
Coordinate with concerned teams, vendors, and/or third-part support as part of operation escalation
