- Experiences in handling Filipino subordinates as a Manager
- Knowledgeable about upper process
- 5 years Experience of development with Experience of PHP, Java
- Knowledgeable about My SQL

- At least JLPT N3
Responsibilities:
- Will act as President for the subsidiary company in the Philippines
- Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
- Manage Filipino engineers
- Handle projects from JP team
- Understand needs and requirements from JP team, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
- Monitor the status of projects and deadline
- Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria
