Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder of any course, preferable Computer or IT-related
Has understanding of Japanese culture
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proven leadership skills - able to steer the team towards a common goal
Knowledge of web development technologies and platforms
Can perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and with a sense of urgency
Flexible and hands-on with the job
