Job Description:
The Japanese Sourcing Analyst executes all activities associated with generating applications for Japanese demands from specific sourcing channels (i.e., events, internet, alumni, employee referral, third-party vendor, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment strategy. The Japanese Sourcing Analyst administers the sourcing process for a medium recruitment demand plan OR assists Sourcing – Senior Specialist with sourcing for a large demand plan.
Responsibilities:
Operational
Develop deep knowledge of at least one specific recruitment channel and manage relationships
Collaborate with other Recruitment experts to gain a better understanding of resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages and provide input where applicable
Keep abreast of external marketplace and industry trends and provide information to the recruitment team
Communicate with vendors; participate in negotiations and prepare decisions.
Act as an ambassador for the company in the marketplace
Contribute to the identification and analysis of potential opportunities to develop new sources/channels
Responsible for generating a consistent flow of resumes to the recruitment team to execute sourcing plan and meet recruitment targets.
Ensure that complete candidate information is forwarded to the Recruitment Team or Candidate Management Team
Organize and participate in recruitment events
Report on status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing channels
Update Sourcing systems and tools
Participate in strategic projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment/sourcing planning
With experience in recruiting Japanese or language candidates
JLPT certification is a plus
Good communication skills and stakeholder management
Willing to work overtime, on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and to travel
