Requirements:
• Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in HR
• Experience of leading and supporting system based on projects
• Bachelor's Degree holder in any course
• Preferably with HR experience
Responsibilities:
• Work cross-functional projects
• Oversee the delivery of HR Services implementation
• Responsible to organize, manage and lead the project team
• Build and maintain partnerships with the global HR Services team
• Work with and establish project teams and strategic projects
• Maintain internal/external vendors/parties relationships
• Report on project progress and status.
