JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile:
This company is a leading provider of Customer Service focused on providing a one-stop business outsourcing services.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
JLPT N1 - N2 Passers
English communication skills (both in written and spoken)
Bachelor Degree graduate of any course
Preferably with minimum of 1 year managerial experience
Customer Service experience is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Manage operations and employees for a couple of teams as a shared manager
Communicate with Japanese client by Japanese language via phone, email, chat, video conference, etc. for reporting, escalation, business review and any required communication
Communicate with the team to cascade client request, feedback, requirement, etc. with translation between Japanese and English
