JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This is a Japanese manufacturing company known in providing wire products to its clients. The company also supports sales of electrical equipment and parts materials.
Common products of the company: Optical Fiber, electrical wires, wire harness.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
Preferably JLPT N3, N2 or N1 Passer
Must be Nursing Graduate
Willing to be assigned in a manufacturing industry
Willing to handle HR and General affair department of the company
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day to day HR operation such as recruitment and employee relation
Source, Screen and interview applicants and provide feedbacks for follow-ups
Responsible for administrative duties such as purchasing of office supplies and equipment, hotel booking for Japanese guest
Provide support for business permits renewal
Worked as a company nurse to ensure the safety and health needs of the employees
