With experience in ServiceNow implementations (Knowledge module, Calls module, Configuration Management)
JLPT N1 - N2 PASSER
Responsibilities:
Responsible to monitor the administration of the Service now system including initiating approved
Responsible for managing the process and workflows, system configuration, and potential enhancements.
Responsible to perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Responsible for resolving support issues within ServiceNow; identifying root causes of issues and assists with end-user communications and knowledge bases.
