Position: Japanese Manufacturing Manager
Industry: Manufacturing of Metal Coating
Location: Laguna
Salary: P 100, 000 - P 150, 000 gross
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
※The manufacturing place is the shift schedule
(6:00AM-3:00PM、6:00PM-3:00AM)
That's why, depending on the situation, the working schedule is the shift schedule.

Requirements:
• Japanese National
• Can speak English fluently
• Has experience as a manager in manufacturing environment
• Experience of surface treatment and painting related is an advantage

• 表面処理や塗装関係の経験があれば尚良し
Responsibilities:
• Management in the manufacturing department in terms of quality, cost, delivery date, safety management and guidance to workers
• 5S management in manufacturing department
• Creation and management of 4M management standards
• Creation of monthly report (Productivity of each worker, defect rate, etc.)
業務内容
• フッ素樹脂コーティングに伴う作業全般(サンドブラスト、塗装、焼成など)
• 製造部内の管理全般(品質/コスト/納期/安全の管理、作業者への指導)
• 製造部内の5S管理
• 4M管理基準の作成および管理
• 月次報告書(各作業者の生産性、不良率など)の作成
