Responsibilities:
Provides overall leadership to the network team leads
Delegation and team assignment of certain task that has been escalated to the manager and provide guidance, cadence, and adherence to the agreed deliverable time
Provides oversight within the team and practices proper conflict management
Perform project-related duties based on the client management requests.
Ready to serve attitude and be able to listen to client's escalations and issues
Able to swivel and collaborate with different external client groups in aiming to provide leadership and oversight to issues outside the network scope and infrastructure
