Requirements:
Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
N1-N2 level/passer (JLPT not required)
Graduate or undergraduate.
With 5 years and above work experience as an IT manager
With 3 or more year of experience to handle a business managing for the end of the project to end
With the experience to manage projects of Insurance operation or some migration projects of system
With the experience to manage large scale programs or project
Project management Certification preferably.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage project teams to deliver business-critical projects
Responsible for priorities and business requirements to manage scope, budget, resources, and delivery risks.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with internal procedures and policies.
Responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with IT and business stakeholders for project control.
Responsible for arranging the schedule between projects and current dependencies.
Responsible for managing the project schedule and creating deliverables in a timely manner.
