JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any
• Computer/IT-related courses
• With at least 1 year exposure in using ServiceNow configuration & Administration
• Experience in ServiceNow implementations (Knowledge module, Calls module, Configuration Management)
• JLPT N1 - N2 PASSER
Responsibilities:
• Monitor administration of the Service now system including initiating approved
• Responsible for changes to the process and workflows, system configuration and potential enhancements.
• Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to configuration,integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Partner directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow; identify root causes of issues and assists with end user communications and knowledge bases.
