JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any
Computer/IT-related courses
With at least 1 year exposure in using ServiceNow configuration & Administration
Experience in ServiceNow implementations (Knowledge module, Calls module, Configuration Management)
JLPT N1 - N2 PASSER
Responsibilities:
Monitor administration of the Service now system including initiating approved
Responsible to changes to the process and workflows, system configuration and potential enhancements.
Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to configuration,integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design.
Partner directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow; identify root causes of issues and assists with end user communications and knowledge bases.
