• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any course
• Fluent in English
• With solid network knowledge

Responsibilities:
• Handle Infrastructure Operations and Infrastructure Service Management
• Certify that the performance will be proficiency by managing policies, processes, equipment and data
• Attend to serious and complex Infrastructure incidents
• Handle escalations and emergencies
• Attend to emergency and resolve reported issues
