Company Profile: This is a well-known American Multinational Manufacturing company of Tobacco products. The company is already 10 years in the Philippines and it's the biggest producer of cigarettes. They are distributing their products in over 180 countries.
Requirements:
• Filipino proficient in Japanese language
• Good English communication skills
• N1-N3 passer/level (JLPT Certificate is not required)
• Bachelor's Degree holder in any course
• With 1 - 2 years' experience in HR in Shared Services field
• SAP experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact person in attending to HR related inquiries
• Assist Compensation and Benefits team in conducting salary survey to current employees of the company
• Support C&B team in conducting employee performance review awards and other benefits program
• Create strategy for HR service improvement
• Conduct employee training including preparation of training materials
• Assist HR Team in retaining current employees of the company by developing projects
• Prepare monthly reports in accordance to HR local guidelines
